The clients were trying to find an immediate refinance solution for their existing bridging loan. Due to several missed mortgage payments, they struggled to find viable options with mainstream lenders. We assessed the security of the property through an internal valuation and acted immediately by drafting the official offer. On the same day we instructed our solicitors to receive the cost of undertaking in parallel to the expected and official valuation. The clients were given the funds to refinance the existing bridging lender and settle their missed payments in a timely fashion.
